Motivation is simply the desire to take action towards a goal you want to achieve. People tend to lose motivation quickly due to how their brain functions. They often have this thought in their mind that they will not be able to succeed no matter how much they try. The issue is not that, but rather they would not even try working towards their goal. Millions of people are suffering due to this and the ones who aren’t, are at the peak of the mountain.
A simple way to gain motivation is to start working towards your goal. Achieving a goal is a process, and all the components of achieving the goal deserve motivation. A simple way that I followed to gain motivation is by enjoying whatever I did no matter what it was. Others may be there to push you down, but you must step up, and you will succeed. You cannot let others bring you down and stop you from improving yourself. These obstacles will come and go, and you need to be able to survive them. If you can, you will live with success and happiness as you would have reached your target.
So, keep on running. If you cannot run, walk. If you cannot walk, crawl. But by all means, keep moving, and never lose hope.
