The exam period may be the most stressful time for a student, whether you are in school or college. 1. Start preparation early

This might be the most crucial of all the points. Starting your preparations much ahead of the exam date will alleviate the anxiety towards exams considerably.

2. Exercise, Yoga and Breathing

4. Sleep

Most students are big fans of staying up late the day before an exam and cramming till the early hours of the morning, but this does more harm than good. Our brain needs sleep to store and retain the information it receives. Hence, it is imperative to get a good night’s sleep before exams.
