“If we did the things, we are capable of, we would astound ourselves.” -Thomas Edison
After the summer vacation, our freshmen have returned with a beautiful collection of fascinating and inspirational memories.
The Modernites are now joyful, eager, driven, determined, and ready to face any challenge that comes their way. It is no surprise that all of them have won over hardship and demonstrated to themselves and the world that we must not fear difficulty, but rather embrace it so that when we look back, we will know that we never gave up.
We are now three weeks into the new term and we are overwhelmed with the numerous opportunities given to us that helped us enhance our strengths and give back to the community. Some of these engaging opportunities include Food Festival, Modern’s Got Talent, Career Counselling, Nationals and Inter-house activities selections and the list goes on.
See how our students used their summer break to enhance their skills and let their imaginations run wild in this week’s issue. Continue reading to learn about our student’s experiences, each with its own intrinsic importance and innate beauty. Take a look at their activities, and you will see that each of them has conquered the blank canvasses with splashes of dazzling and vivid colours.
We hope you liked this issue, be sure to not miss out on the next one.
Until next time, ciao!
