This edition’s Recipe Corner features Chicken Burger with Vegetables and French Fries, for all the non-veg lovers out there!
Chicken Patty:
Step 1: Chop one onion, one clove of garlic with some sugar and salt and pepper. Sauté it in a hot pan (with hot olive oil) till the onion becomes golden.
Step 2: Roughly chop 5-6 slices of bread. (white or brown doesn’t matter)
Step 3: Add parsley, mint, onion, bread and 1 chicken cube along with smoked paprika and thyme. Mix everything together.
Step 4: Mix minced chicken into the mixture prepared and add extra virgin olive oil and one egg.
Step 5: Separate the patties and cook it in a pan on the stove for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Assembly of the Burger:
Step 1: Toast both the buns once cut.
Step 2: Add mayonnaise to one side and a spicy sauce, if you like, to the other.
Step 3: Add lettuce and tomato and put the chicken patty on the tomato slice. Put a cheese slice on the patty and then enjoy the burger.
Vegetables:
Step 1: Pick out the vegetables you like and cut it appropriately.
Step 2: Put it in the air fryer for 10 minutes max or till it becomes crispy. (If you do not have an air fryer, grill it in the oven)
French Fries:
Step 1: In a small bowl put some olive oil and add some oregano and red chilli flakes.
Step 2: Cut the potatoes and mix it in that small bowl.
Step 3: Put it in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 180C. (If you don’t have an air fryer, you can use an oven.)
