Today’s Creative Corner features Swati Nair from 9B, who possesses dexterously amazing drawing skills! This definitely deserves a lot of appreciation.
Swati says, “I have been drawing since I was 6 years old and have always been interested in it. However, I began to explore various art forms and methods only in the 6th grade. My interest in art has grown profoundly, and now I wish to take it further and possibly take it up as a career. Architecture, set designing, graphic design or even animation are options.
Personally, I find art to be very satisfactory, as no matter what you draw or paint or what your process is, the end result is always a piece of art. When this artwork gets good results, there is also a great sense of pride, because after all, it is something you’ve created with your own effort.
For those who do not try art because they’re afraid of the end results, I would encourage them to explore art further, as even if they do not excel in one art style or form, they might excel in another.”
