A REPORT BY REET OBEROI 10D

‘Knowledge is power .Information is liberating. Education is the premise of progress, in every society ,in every family’- Kofi Annan

Educators need to be revered as people responsible for the functioning of our society, who have taught  every single person ,in every profession . Teachers don’t just take classes , they also mold friendships and establish a  bond with all their students. The world needs to realize that teachers teach because they love the challenge of the rigorous struggle it takes to be a role model to generations of people who will be responsible for what we are responsible today.

The educator with us this week  loves teaching for  he sees it as a great privilege since a teacher makes a deep impact and adds value to someone’s life . He started his teaching career at Air Force High School , Hakeempet, Hyderabad and he drew inspiration from his father who was a social activist and also  his mother. He learnt Hindi through Sanskrit language ,which he feels is a very sweet language and should be learnt by all the children of our generation .Sanskrit forms the base of our Indian culture and Hindi language is greatly influenced by Sanskrit.

This educator is our Arya Sir , an experienced and outstanding Hindi teacher ,who has touched the lives of many students in his teaching career of 40years. He enjoys going for long walks in his free time which is a good way to promote wellness.

His message for his students is that one must strive hard to achieve success in life as there are no shortcuts to success. The harder you work for something and more determined you are to achieve your goals , the easier it gets to reach there. He urges his students to realize the dreams of their parents .He wants every student  to love the Hindi language as it is the national language of Indians and every child must know it.

I was greatly inspired during the rendezvous with this revered teacher, Arya Sir.
